Simon hereby warrants these products, against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of purchase invoice for the period as specified in the table below:

Warranty Terms and Conditions for products mentioned by S. No 1 to 3
- To avail Warranty services, customers can log in his requests with the customer care cell and must present original invoice and wherever possible original Warranty Certificate (duty signed and stamped by the selling Dealer) to the Authorized Service Representative.
- Company will repair or replace the product as its discretion, if any manufacturing defect is found in the product.
- Warranty of repaired or replacement of the product shall thereafter continue only for unexpired period of warranty and defective products shall be property of Company or its Authorized service partner during Warranty period.
- Company will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its control including non-availability of any part, labour problem, restrictions and regulations of the government, public movement, war and any other unavoidable /unforeseen circumstances including any force majeure event, especially vis-à-vis the import of supplies and raw material.
- It is clarified that the company will not be responsible to the customer for any economic loss, commercial loss, consequential or resulting liability, damage to the property or any other harm or loss.
- In the event of any unforeseeable circumstance same product or product with similar design is not available, product will be replaced with an equivalent model available at that time.
- All above warranty is applicable when the devices are used in Simon flush boxes.
Warranty excludes or does not apply:
- If the product is serviced or repaired by any person other than the Authorized service Representative of the company.
- If customer violates Warranty terms and conditions, instruction and installation guidelines, recommendations of Authorized Service Representative and/or operates the product otherwise than as per product specifications.
- If the serial number affixed on the products is damaged, erased or tampered with or if product is refurbished /modified.
- If the product is operated in conditions otherwise than normal conditions (e.g. abnormal voltage surge, extreme environmental conditions etc.)
- Any harm caused due to accident, negligence, improper maintenance, mishandling, tampering, incurred in transit by the customer or which can be attributed to the fault of the customers.
- Any harm resulting from any unforeseeable circumstance such as force majeure event etc.
- Any harm caused due to any defect in any electrical /civil installations, wiring or third-party products.
- If Company mounting boxes have not been used to mount the plates and accessories.
